1. Check your purchase email
Your license key is emailed automatically right after purchase — from CoreAsia, and (for Gumroad purchases) it also appears on your Gumroad receipt. Try this first:
- Search your inbox for "CoreAsia Download Manager" or "license key".
- Check your Spam / Junk / Promotions folders — automated emails sometimes land there.
- Make sure you are searching the email address you used at checkout (it may differ from your main address).
2. Bought on Gumroad? Open your Library
Every Gumroad purchase is stored permanently in your account. Go to gumroad.com/library, sign in with the email you used to buy, and open "CoreAsia Download Manager" — the receipt inside contains your license key and a button to resend it to your email.
3. New Mac, or key rejected as "already active on another device"?
Your license works on one Mac at a time, and you can move it yourself:
- On your old Mac: open CoreAsia Download Manager → Settings → License → "Deactivate this device".
- On your new Mac: open the app → Activate → enter the same license key.
- Old Mac no longer accessible (broken/sold)? Contact us — after verifying your purchase, we will release the device lock from our server.
4. Still stuck? We will help
Email [email protected] FROM the address you used to purchase, and include: your approximate purchase date and order number (if available — shown on your Gumroad receipt). We reply within 24 hours. For your security, never share your license key with anyone.
